RAJIB CHATTERJEE, CEO, Saibaba Telefilms Pvt Ltd Rajib Chatterjee, CEO of Saibaba Telefilms, brings with him an experience of over 15 years in regional language markets particularly in Bengal, Maharashtra and South Indian. His expertise of understanding audience needs in regional markets is going to take Saibaba Telefilms to the next level. He is the chief architect in steering the group's activities across various GEC networks in India. He has extended Saibaba Telefilms portfolio to the Sun Network down South, Mahuaa Network for UP and Bihar and a host of Bangla GEC channels. He is also planning for Saibaba Telefilms foray into films, both Hindi and language. Global events are also priority. His role includes acquiring business, strategizing them for operations and organise execution, fund raising, branching out on allied business platforms, developing newer business models, consulting and creatively overlooking into every aspect. His previous assignments include being National Sales head & Business Head for Zee Bangla where he turned the channel into a profit centre for the first time since its launch in seven years. He was also with ETV Network where he spearheaded Promotions for their Bangla, Marathi, Gujarati, Urdu & Bangladesh Channels. He had begun his career with a brief stint with Gemini TV and was also part of the Sales team of The Hindu.

Mr. Raina is responsible for strategic planning, marketing and corporate communication at Saibaba Telefilms. He possesses immense experience from his stints in industry and company like LG. At LG electronics he was responsible for product planning for Aircon division. He has been associated with Saibaba Telefilms for more than 2 years now. He was behind the inception of Junoon, VOI-2 , Sur Sangram, Badki Malkain, RBS as he worked on Concept ideation and marketing strategy for the same. He has worked as a Project head for Music ka Maha Muqabala and Bharat Ki Shaan and under his supervision both projects were a great success. His master mind helped in making MMM a successful show and setting Benchmark in the Industry. His expertise was of immense importance right from conceptualisation to the final execution of it.
